Please note that we make use of Pudo services to ship our Moooka countrywide. This keeps costs as low as possible for you the customer.
However the pudo services are severely effected by loadshedding as some pick up lockers do not operate during Loadshedding. Please understand this is out of our control, but we make every effort to get your package sent out to you as soon as possible, please expect delays.
